Another nice integration here as the loudspeaker is the surface of the liquid.
Yes, even James Bond’s, 007 has entered the novelty radio arena. The two 0’s used as the loudspeaker and tuning dial. Marketed by Vanity Fair. Neat and simple.
007 standard issue pistol was the Walther ppk. This radio has the trigger as the on/off. Fire once for on and fire again for off.
Nicely designed PCB fitting into the pistol’s shape as you can see..
No collector should be without one......
“Licensed to collect!”
As 007 deals in exotic jewellery at times here is a rather nice brass and stone radio designed as a pendant but rather heavy.
I wonder how many of these outside toilet radios were ever sold? Complete with old paper for the necessary.
Loudspeaker in the roof.
“Music while you ....!”
The inside one is made in many colours
A range of blabbermouth radios in various colours.
The lips move to the speech or music. I thought at first that a small solenoid was used but taking one to pieces we find a small dc motor driven by a transistor pulls on a piece of string to a lever which actuates the lips.
The dollar note has a small synchronised tongue in George Washington’s mouth.
The white blabbermouth radio’s lips move.
Also available as a CD player.
There are many pianos but I prefer the black ones. The turntable tuning is belt driven and swivel pick up arm is volume control.
Take your pick for a harp, guitar or violin. The red guitar below is a small scanner
