I have no idea how that paint became splashed over the vent grill in, “Giving Vent,” but it caught my searching eye
down a side turning. Many photos can be found off the beaten tracks where one wouldn’t expect anything interesting to turn up. So never just stick to the obvious landscape but look at the junky stuff as well!
“England’s red rose,” was not set up by me. It just happened to be there. I spotted that parking sign which seemed to be nicely contrasted against the old stonework. The railings had no colour contrast at all with the flowers but made an interesting contrast in similar coloured materials, but so different from each other.
